The simplest way to access this site is through single sign on options from Frederick Health systems. Choose from these options:
- From the UKG home page, simply click on the BSwift link under Other Human Resources Apps (right hand side).
- From Frederick Health Connect (Intranet portal), click on the bswift Benefit Enrollment System icon under the Apps dropdown.
- From FrederickHealth.org, click on Staff Login at the bottom of the page and log in with your FH network login and password, then navigate using UKG or the Intranet as described above.
If you do not have access to any of the Frederick Health systems, you may log in directly with the instructions. Use the Forgot Password link on the left if you have logged in in the past but don’t remember your password.
- Username: Your nine-digit Employee ID (month and day of birth, month and day of hire and an additional digit, often but not always 0).
- Password: Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You will be prompted to change your password after your login. Please retain this password for your future reference, as you can view your current benefits on this site at any time.
